After 21 years in service, GM discovered the movement of VRV being introduced to the US. After having researched these VRV products, GM incorporated them into their line. The results were amazing with the products meeting GM's rigorous and high standards. GM, which is now solely VRV, has quickly become the #1 VRV installation contractor in the USA.

GM's projects span from assisted living complexes, independent living complexes, and alzheimer's care facilities to multi-purpose recreation complexes, restaurants, hotels and schools. GM does spec-build projects or fully engineered projects along with consulting for ongoing VRV projects by other contracting firms such as Bayless School Systems (the largest VRV school install in the USA).
